• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and involve significant risk
• MoveCrypto is not responsible for any loss of funds due to errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the underlying blockchain protocols, bridge protocols, smart contracts, or any third-party services we integrate with
• We do not guarantee the successful completion of any transaction
• You are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details including addresses, amounts, and network selections before confirming any transaction
• Network congestion, gas fees, slippage, and other blockchain-related factors may affect your transaction outcomes
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from price volatility, market conditions, or timing of transactions

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MoveCrypto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party services, blockchain networks, or events beyond our reasonable control
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service
• Maintain the security of your private keys and wallet credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the security of the Service

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or functionality. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions incur network fees (gas fees) and that bridge operations may involve additional fees charged by liquidity providers or bridge protocols. All fees are displayed before transaction confirmation, but may vary due to network conditions.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information provided through the Service is for informational purposes only. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Trade cryptocurrencies derived from illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
